Day two The conditions was weaker than the previous day but without tendency for overdevelopment. The task was same. Despite the north wind at altitude some of the competitors succeeded to make some kilometers over the task line. The best distance (56.9 km) was made by Stefan Ivanov. The results from the second task could be seen here. Here are the overall and team results. Day one The conditions wasn't very promising - weak wind from ENE, big cloud coverage and big vertical development of the clouds. The task was set "free distance with heading" 269°. Despite of the weak conditions and the risk of overdevelopment 12 competitors succeeded to overfly the minimum distance. The task was won by Nikolay Yotov with 31.3 km. The same distance made Veselin Ovcharov but he was punished with 0 points for the task because of a cloud flying! At the end of the day the retrieval team was pushed to it's limits by a very strong squall. The results from the first task could be seen here.
